The website provides information about CWD services, pricing, contractor industries, and website strategy. Website content is general information and is not a substitute for a signed project scope.
Project pricing and scope
Published package prices describe the current package structure. A project proposal can add, remove, or clarify deliverables based on page count, content, integrations, maintenance, or other requirements. The accepted project agreement controls when its terms differ from this website.
Intellectual property
CWD website copy, design, code, graphics, and branding on this domain may not be copied or republished as another agency’s work without permission. Client-owned logos, photos, text, and other materials remain subject to the rights stated in the project agreement.
Third-party services
The website may use or reference third-party tools such as hosting, email, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or other services. Third-party availability, policies, and features are controlled by their providers.
No ranking or lead guarantee
CWD can build search and conversion foundations, but no website can guarantee a specific ranking position, traffic level, lead count, revenue amount, or advertising result. Search engines, markets, competitors, customer demand, and contractor operations remain outside CWD’s control.
